Fresh food is our specialty.
All our food is organic and fresh from our own garden. Fresh fish is delivered each morning by the local fishermen. The best prawns come from Orhaniye Bay, and are caught fresh and delivered locally every day.
We operate a traditional Turkish kitchen. Mehmet, our head chef, has been the chef for 20 years, ever since the Dogan opened, ensuring that only the freshest ingredients are used in our meals. Our ‘village breakfasts’ include local pine honey, olives and use olive oil from our garden. You will also eat fresh fruit from our garden; figs, grapes, plums, peaches, melons and apricots.
We serve a wide range of food in our open-air restaurant, ranging from simple snacks during the day to sophisticated evening meals. Our speciality is lamb in the pot with vegetables. We offer our guests special food evenings each week, so guests have the opportunity to taste a variety of flavours.
